Should I make a reservation for a storage unit?
Availability changes on a daily basis. In order to make sure that the space you want is available when you need it, we recommend that you call and reserve a unit today.
Are my contents insured?
No, our policy does not cover your stored contents. If you have a homeowners or renters policy you may be covered, but contact your carrier to be sure. Not all carriers cover contents stored off premises. Should you need insurance, there is an Allstate Insurance Agency on site available to assist your needs.
Do you give me a key?
Yes, we provide you with 2 keys. We provide you with a specially designed heavy duty cylinder lock with each rental.
Can I pay for my unit over the phone?
Visit the facility to lease your unit and make the initial payment. After that, you may auto pay by credit card, ACH on the website by clicking here.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Payments may be made in person, in our night payment box or online.
Will I need to sign a long term lease?
No, we rent on a month to month basis unless the customer prefers a longer term.
Do you have your own movers?
While we do not offer moving services, there are a variety of movers available in the area. Check the yellow pages under heading "movers".
Will I have to climb stairs to my rental unit?
No, all of our units on are on ground level. You simply pull your vehicle up to your unit and unload it at the door.
